Concept & 3D Art for Immersive Experiences

I specialize in designing concept art for virtual events, brand activations, and community gatherings. My approach bridges creativity and functionality—starting with an idea for an activity in virtual space and designing the environment around that experience.

Sometimes, the activity defines the design, and other times, the visual concept inspires the activity. I thrive on this interplay, where form follows function, ensuring that every design has meaning and purpose.

With 300+ hours immersed in VR, I sculpt models with an intuitive understanding of how they translate into virtual spaces. My primary tools include Gravity Sketch and Substance Modeler, which allow me to create immersive, purposeful designs. I complement this with traditional modeling skills in Blender, where I handle technical tasks like UV unwrapping and mesh optimization.

I also integrate generative AI tools such as Luma AI and MidJourney to amplify creativity and bring fresh perspectives to my designs.

I’m able to rapidly produce high-quality visuals that bring ideas to life while staying flexible for iteration.

Texturing with Intention

With a keen eye for intentionality and a human touch,
I often hand-paint models to give them a unique and authentic feel.

When the project calls for it, I utilize procedural textures in Substance Painter to enhance efficiency. Tools like Luma AI allow me to generate and curate options that fit the vision.

Playable Worlds

To make my models playable and ready for VR, web,
or mobile
, I bring them into Unity, setting up scenes and ensuring they work seamlessly across platforms.

I've worked with various SDKs, including Spatial SDK, Meta Dev Blocks, and am now experimenting with Niantic 8th Wall.

My mission is to craft environments that are not only visually stunning but also deeply functional, designed to foster meaningful interactions and memorable experiences.

Anita Wielgosz - I am an immersive experience designer and concept artist, specializing in sculpting virtual reality environments directly in VR.
I combine human-centered design with tools like Gravity Sketch, Blender, Substance Painter, and Unity.
I have crafted a multitude of interoperable 3D models and built over 10 immersive metaverse spaces for community events, artwalks, and dance parties.
With generative AI enriching my workflow, I bridge technology and human experience, creating impactful spaces that shape emotions and foster human to human connection.

The why behind everything I do follows a simple principle: LIFE FOLLOWS ART, and understanding that, I advocate for a radiant, beautiful, and nuanced world shaped by social VR and gaming as new social media channels.
